Monarch Campground is an unserviced (no hook-ups) 44 site campground in Yoho National Park. Huge mountains loom above the sites. Unfortunately, this campground is very close to the highway and railway line so it is pretty noisy.
Operating with a first come, first serve system, Monarch is a good option if you don't manage to secure a reservation otherwise. Check out time is 11am so I'd suggest arriving shortly after that to find a spot and pay the fees (cash preferable).
Already full? RV/van campers can use the Lake Louise Overflow campground - it's only 20 minutes drive east of here.
A Parks Canada parks pass is required to explore Yoho National Park ($22/day for a vehicle of up to 7 people).
