Place de la Palud is a charming square in the heart of Lausanne, Switzerland. It's home to the town's oldest fountain and a clock that tells the history of Vaud in animated scenes every hour. If you come on a Wednesday or Saturday, the square comes alive with vendors selling local produce, flowers, vegetables and on the first Friday of the month, there's even a pop-up craft market selling handmade crafts and jewellery by local artisans. a craft market pops up.
Just by just strolling and wandering around this square you would already enjoy soaking up the city's relaxed and charming atmosphere!
