Staubbach Falls is the most famous of the 72 waterfalls in Lauterbrunnen valley! It's also the third tallest, dropping 297 meters. Luckily, it's one of the easiest one to get to—just a short walk from Lauterbrunnen train station or parking, so no need for gondolas or long hikes. And If you want a closer look, there's a simple dirt path leading to a better view, and you can even go through a tunnel to see the falls from behind!
Although you can visit this area any time of year, the waterfalls are probably best from April to September when the snow is melting. Outside this time, the water flow may be reduced or not flowing.
