Very nice budget hotel with views overlooking Puerto de la Cruz from above. Rooms on both sides have beautiful views.

But if you don't plan to stay here, this is a good place where to come for drinks. There is a nice rooftop cafe (open to outside guests) with an incredible 180 degrees view.
