Glomnesfossen Waterfall is a stunning waterfall located near Hjelle by Oppstrynsvatnet lake. The waterfall can be seen from the road as you drive towards Grotli. It originates from Glomsdøla river and is fed by melted snow and ice from glaciers. It may not be as strong as usual in the winter, but if you're lucky with a bit of snow - it can be magical. It's just a short 20-minute hike from the Glomnes parking lot, but I recommend wearing spikes anyways.
