I love this map! When my family and I want to explore a new area in WNC I always "consult" the map to make sure I'm not missing anything along the way on once we get there! There's several points of interest that I never would have stumbled across on my own. It's also a great resource to narrow down your options for an area, I want to do it all but we'd rather spend more time doing and less time traveling to and from so it helps to narrow the scope to clusters!

I grew up in the Midwest and always had a passion for the outdoors, but I felt like where I lived was sparking any excitement for me. When my husband matched into residency in South Carolina, I made it a goal to get to know my new home and explore more. Here we are, almost 3 years later, and I am still shocked at how much I've seen. The best part? I still have so many things saved on my google maps that I can't wait to add to this map next year.
