Located in the Grand Hotel Minerva, this is my go-to, “upscale” restaurant that I take people to for a memorable night. In the Spring, Summer, and Fall months, the restaurant is located on the rooftop of the hotel with a stunning view of the Duomo, which gives the restaurant a very romantic and relaxing atmosphere – perfect for a date or special night out. The staff is here is top-notch, personable, and will go out of their way to make sure you have a memorable dining experience. The young chefs have put a contemporary twist on classic Mediterranean and Florentine flavors, resulting in some truly exquisite food.
