This is honestly the best way to get the most out of the coast of Messinia and the areas around Kardamyli. I did a kayak tour some time ago with Explore Messinia and had the time of my life. Giorgos was super knowledgeable, talks about the history of the place, Mt Taygetos (it’s the Peloponnese’s highest mountain - can be seen from the sea and it’s amazing), also you’ll be kayaking into caves, stopping at hidden coves and beaches for a dip or two. Just make sure you choose a good, sunny day without too much wind.
