With its longstanding tradition in ceramics due to the presence of clay on the nearby mountain, the quaint village of Margarites is the ideal destination to experiment with clay, in one of the several pottery workshops.

It is located very near the Arkadiou Monastery and the Archaeological Site of Eleftherna, which makes it a great stopover when discovering the area. There are plenty of tavernas and accommodation options in the area. Also, the view to the sea from the main square is simply incredible!
