En mettant l'accent sur l'utilisation des meilleurs ingrédients locaux provenant de l'île, le chef patron Calum Montgomery propose un menu dégustation évolutif intitulé "A Taste of Skye". Il leur a valu de nombreuses distinctions, dont 4 rosettes de l'AA et le titre de Restaurant de l'année aux Scottish Excellence Awards.
