Okay so this one isn’t technically in the Cotswolds but it’s right next to the region and so I couldn’t not include it!

The recently reopened Horse & Groom offers a perfect blend of cosy charm and stylish interiors, with five luxurious bedrooms. 

This is a lovely spot in the summer months too, as there is plenty of space for alfresco drinking and dining on the pretty lawn.

As I’m sure you’d expect from any good British pub, seasonality takes centre stage on the menu, where there’s a fresh take on traditional pub classics. 

Beer lovers will definitely appreciate the award-winning Butcombe beer, while I personally love the wine selection on offer here.
