Starting our trip at L'Essentiel set an incredibly high bar for dining experiences in St. Pierre. This exquisite restaurant, run by the passionate Natalie, captures the essence of fine dining with a personal touch that makes each meal unforgettable.

Natalie pours her heart into every dish, using fresh, local ingredients primarily sourced from Miquelon. Her attention to detail shines through in a nine-course meal that showcases some of the most creative and delightful dishes I've had the pleasure of tasting.

The experience at L'Essentiel goes beyond just food. Towards the end of our meal, even though we were already so full, Natalie presented a cheese board followed by two desserts that were simply irresistible. To top off the evening, she serenaded us with songs, adding a uniquely personal and charming touch to our dining experience.
