This underrated hike follows trail above Skógafoss waterfall. Tris trail is 16 km (10 miles) round trip and will take you between 4-6 hrs.

On this hike you will pass many stunning waterfalls located in beautiful mossy gorge.

You start at the parking lot at Skógafoss. Once you climb up above Skógafoss from there you simply follow the path. Steady uphill from there, nothing too challenging but remember to have good hiking shoes and pack your rain gear in case the weather changed.
