Brigerbad is a large thermal bath and spa in the Valais region, with recreation and relaxation for all ages. It's a nice place to take a break from the winter cold.

On weekends and bad weather days, it can be quite crowded. Best to book tickets in advance.

The Thermal Baths area is open to all ages. In winter season, it includes:

• indoor/outdoor pool 34-35C with massage jets

• 25m indoor sports pool 26-28C

• heated indoor splash pool with 35m long waterslide, with a timing system so you can see how fast you slide down.

The Spa area is open to adults only. It includes:

• three steam baths with different temperatures and aromas

• bio sauna 60C

• wood sauna 80C

• salt stone sauna 85C

• thermal grotto with mineral rich waters 42C

• cold water plunge

From Saas Fee, about 1h. From Aletsch Arena (Riederalp, Bettmeralp), about 40 mins.
