The Muriwai Walk is a scenic coastal track located in the Coromandel Peninsula of New Zealand with amazing views over the northern Coromandel coastline including Great Barrier Island and the Hauraki Gulf.

You can start the walk from the north end of Port Jackson Beach or from the Muriwai Hilltop Carpark. The track takes approximately 2 hours to complete and covers around 6km at an easy gradient.

Due to its coastal location, the Muriwai Walk is beautiful and golden hour sunset with the last of the suns light hitting the grassy hills and coastline. Take your wide angle lens with you for this one.
