Carrauntoohil is the highest mountain in Ireland, situated on the Iveragh Peninsula in County Kerry near the centre of MacGillycuddy's Reeks range. Composed mainly of Devonian sandstone and shaped by glaciation, Carrauntoohil offers an incredible outdoor experience for climbers, hikers, and nature-lovers alike. Its features include deep corries, sharp arêtes, and classic routes such as the Devil’s Ladder. With stunning views of Ireland from its summit, Carrauntoohil is truly a place to remember.
