If you haven't tried picanha, you have a whole new world awaiting you. It's actually Brazilian, but it's become sort of mainstream in Portugal. To really appreciate picanha you must go to a place like Central Grill, where they serve it rodizio-style. That means you get a spear with 400 gram of meat, where the waiter cuts each of the grilled side of the meat and then take it back on the grill and then repeat.
We have eaten at this restaurant so many times that we have become close friends with the owner, Ramiro, and his family who all work there. It's truly a Portuguese family restaurant in its full meaning.
