What you’ll do

This itinerary includes activities you can do during April.

Note that the mountains still have snow and most summer hiking trails are closed. Some ski resorts will be open, but many mountain services start closing for the season in mid April.

When necessary, I include notes on how to amend the activity for spring, when some services are closed.

In all cases, check the current opening times and conditions before making plans. Activities and services may close without notice due to adverse weather conditions.
