Langnau im Emmental is a charming village in the Emmental region, rich history dating back to the 11th century. It's full of traditional historic buildings, a great place for a slow wander and photo taking.

Langnau Leisure Path - This is a free, self-guided walk through the village, wandering past some of the most important and beautiful buildings. You can access the guide for free via freizeitpfad.ch (German only).
As you walk, you can scan QR codes at the various stops to get info. The route is a short 1.1 km loop, about 1-1h30 depending on how many stops you make. Learn more.
Ludotrail Langnau - This is game trail for kids. At the start, you pick up a game backpack then visit 20 interactive post around the village and play games with the supplies in the pack. Learn more.
FoxTravel Emma - This puzzle trail starts in Langnau im Emmental and ends at the Kambly cookie factory in Emmental. Along the way you solve puzzles to figure out your next destination. Available in German and French. Book here.

The Langnau i.E. train station is right next to the center of the village.
From Bern: 40 mins direct train. From Lucerne: 1h05 with 1 transfer.
By car
You can park in the center of the village at Alleestrasse, 3550 Langnau im Emmental. Or park at the train station at Bahnhofstrasse 23, 3550 Langnau im Emmental.
