We love the setting of this little market, in the plaza right in front of the Fraumünster cathedral. I go just to take lots of pics of the Christmas lights against the beautiful building facades.

They usually have a sleigh with the famous Böögg snowman, which is a great photo opp for the family, but you'll need to ask a stranger to take the pic.

With the motto "from Züri for Züri," the vendors here are mostly small local businesses, meaning you might find more unique gifts at this market. The mülled wine here is from Zweifel (a local wine producer), made a little less sweet so it tastes more like wine. They also have a champagne bar.

This market also offers a few workshops (origami and soap making) and musical concerts almost every evening, usually at 18:00 or 19:00. See the program on their website. Although all the markets get crowded, this one is usually a little quieter than the big ones at Sechseläutenplatz and the main train station.
