This pedestrian suspension bridge crosses a deep gorge just north of Interlaken. It has spectacular views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains.

There is a small fee to cross the bridge, which contributes to maintenance.
How to get there
By public transport: Bus to Sigriswil, Dorf, which is a 2 min walk from the bridge. From Interlaken, 50 mins.
By car: You can park right next to the bridge at Raftstrasse 6-30, 3655 Sigriswil. From Interlaken, 30 min drive.
Optional hikes
For a short loop, you can dip down into the Gummischlucht gorge and end back at the bridge.

For a long hike, you can hike on the "Panorama Rundweg Thunersee", which is a long distance trail that circles around the whole Lake Thun. For example, you could hike from Thun to Sigriswil for the bridge, then catch a bus (stage 1 of the Panorama Rundweg, 11 km). Learn more.
