Ride a tiny open-air cable car up the mountain. Then hike up through a rocky landscape, then alpine meadows, finally arriving at a ridge for big panorama views.

Then down to a hidden alpine lake, where you can picnic or eat at the simple mountain hut. On a hot day, a few brave souls might take a brief dip in the chilly water.

On the way back to the cable car, you'll pass a couple alpine dairies along the way where you can buy cheese.
