The small museum has a few interactive exhibits telling you about the history and current state of the Kambly company. It has a few activities for kids, all very family-friendly. The exhibits are in English, German, French and Italian. It's all free to visit, no extra fee.
You can buy their products in bulk plastic bags or pretty gift boxes. Our favorite cookies are the Matterhorn biscuits, which are a great inexpensive gift to take home.
They have a cafe, where you can get small snacks. Their hot chocolate is very dedacant, nice if you like sweet treats.
Their sweet counter has chocolate pralines, macarons, and pretty pastries. Their pastry chefs work directly in the shop, so you can often watch them make treats in the mornings.
They also offer cookie-making workshops for children on Wednesdays and Saturdays, advance reservations required. If you are traveling by train, you can ride on the special Kambly Train from Luzern or Bern.
