The Loucherhorn is a mountain peak in the Jungfrau Region with a height of 2,230 meters.

While hiking the Schynige Platte ridge trail, you can do a short detour to the top of these peak by climbing a few steep wooden staircases. At the top, there is a fenced in viewpoint that gives a dramatic bird's eye view of the trail.

It's a little extra effort, but well worth in our opinion.
