Grød means "porridge" in Danish, and the menu at Grød is all different kids of porridge. I know that sounds weird, but they have really managed to elevate such a humble dish. For breakfast, they are known for their oatmeal with caramel, almonds, and apples (!!). For lunch and dinner, they serve congee, daal, and a rotating selection of risotto. Simple but delicious food, especially in the colder months! They have locations all over Copenhagen, so there is likely one close by wherever you are.
