How to get there: It's GPS coordinates are 65°29'44.6″N 19°22'55.6″W. When driving the ring road, turn on road 752 at Varmahlid and continue for about 7 km / 4 miles. Then turn left once you spot a Vindheimar signboard and keep driving until you cross two small bridges. Make a right turn on the gravel road and park your car.
