Hrúfjallstindar is one of my favourite mountains in Iceland and can be seen from many different angles but this is one of my favourites. You simply drive to Svínafellsjökull Glacier and walk for a few minutes until your down at the lagoon and there you'll se it!

• What it is: A view of one of my favourite mountains in Iceland.

• Best season: Any, but it can be hard to reach in heavy snow.

• Best time of day: Any.

• Nice to know: If you're taking photos, bring a long lens to compress your image and make the mountain look as big as it is.
