Located close to the campsite, this swimming pool has a children's pool, a small water slide and a hot tub. You can even enjoy watching the waterfall Systrafoss from the hot tubs. The gym and sports hall are open during the same time as the pool.
Swimming pools are an integral part of Icelandic culture and has been ever since people started gathering in natural hot springs in the past. It's where people meet an talk about everything from the weather to politics. Entering one of those pools is really the easiest way to immerse yourself in the local culture.
PS. They're almost all geothermally heated!

Nice to know: Usually you can rent swim wear and a towel at the swimming pool. In most pools in Iceland, admission is FREE for kids and senior visitors (67+).
