This is simply a pretty little waterfall right by the road as you're driving this part of the Westfjords. It's very close to Iceland most famous A-frame so it's perfect to pay it a short visit while there (just a little bit further east). You can get off the road and walk almost all the way to the waterfall.

QUICK NOTES:

• What it is: A small waterfall right by the road in the Westfjords.

• Best season: Any (but less water in it during winter).

• Best time of day: Any, but it's mostly in the shade when the sun is low.

• Nice to know: If you walk off the road you can go almost all the way to it.
