The Wee Restaurant in Edinburgh is a delightful bistro serving an exquisite menu of classic dishes. Husband and wife team, Craig and Vikki Wood, are dedicated to sourcing the very best seasonal ingredients to create simple, yet delicious dishes such as Anstruther oak-smoked salmon; Shetland mussels; smoked Strathspey pork belly; organic sea bass with spiced crab risotto; confit duck salad with grilled chorizo; and baked isle flottante with raspberries, toasted almonds, and crème anglaise. Diners can also enjoy a range of locally sourced wines, beers, liquors, and mocktails.
