Finca Don Porfirio is a restaurant and cafe that gives you the best view of Palacio de Bellas Artes museum. Enter the Sears store located across the Bellas Artes museum, then take the elevator to the 8th floor. There you'll see the Finca Don Porfirio that has balcony seating that overlooks the famous museum. To guarantee a good spot, I highly recommend to go when the cafe opens. Not only do they serve coffee but they also serve delicious Mexican drinking chocolate.
