Ratchaburi's massive cultural heritage park NaSatta plays host to the latest lighting installation festival, the NaSatta LightFestival, on every weekend in February. The festival aims to bring a big horde of artists to light up the entire park with over 20,000 glistening LED lights and showcase the awe-inspiring beauty of Thai history and culture, including Thai monarchs and Buddhist temples. NaSatta Light Festival takes place every Friday to Sunday all through February usually. Al lighting installations start from 18:00 until 22:00. Make sure to bring tripods for night photography, and expect big crowds taking a lot of time for their selfies. I went there around 9PM and it was packed, maybe try at the opening.
