Southeast of Samut Prakan, Wat Asokaram is one of the major temples of the province. Pyramidal in shape, the structure is dominated by thirteen points representing the 13 ascetic rules. This Chedi can be visited but on the condition of remaining discreet because it is used to meditate, Wat Asokaram being one of the most renowned meditation centers in Bangkok. Slight inconvenience, you have to take off your shoes from the gate to approach the building. So that during the hot weather, it is impossible to go around the monument because the ground is overheated, unless you arrive early in the morning or at the end of the day. There's also a building with a replica of the famous Phitsanulok Buddha, a path with mangroves and a "beach" 200m away. But the real attraction here is the white chedi.
