Thi Lo Su Waterfall, named so for its waters that are ‘black’ in colour, is claimed to be one of the largest and highest waterfalls in Thailand. Standing tall at 250 metres, this majestic waterfall cascades down from Huai Klotho hill into the Mae Klong river located within the Umphang Wildlife Sanctuary in Tak Province. Its spray mists and fills the air with a refreshing scent as one takes in its grandeur. To visit this remarkable location, just take a private vehicle to Umphang before trekking on foot or hire a cartel of pickups to reach the campsite by the waterfall. Make sure to not miss the breathtaking view of Thi Lo Su Waterfall!
