Message from Zaya Mardika

The Ubud Palace, also known as Puri Saren Agung, is a historical building complex located in Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. It served as the official residence of the royal family of Ubud and was built during the reign of Tjokorda Putu Kandel. After sustaining damage from an earthquake in 1917, the palace was quickly restored and opened to foreign guests in 1928. Visitors can enjoy traditional Balinese dance shows at night, set against the backdrop of ornate angkul-angkul doors and accompanied by Gamelan percussion orchestras.
