A mountain lookout point with snow mountains on all sides.
About Julisiyakou
Named after the temple at the base of the hill, this is one of the more famous mountain viewpoints - with both Gongga and Yala snow mountain viewable in good weather.
Looking to photograph the spot? Bring a telephoto lens as it's not as close as some of the other yakou's (viewpoints) around.
The mountain viewing spot has a tent with some snacks run by the locals and their baozi were almost worth the trip itself when we went.
Getting to Julisiyakou
You can follow the coordinates or apple map instructions to get right to the spot. The only thing to be wary of is towards the end of the road there is a moment where you'll be faced with a barrier in front of you, or a bridge to your right. Do not cross the bridge.
You'll have to pay the barrier guys a few rmb and then you'll be off-roading (at the time of writing) to the top of the mountain.
