Hoimat Genusskäserei Eschach is a fun experience in the heart of the Allgäu region. Located in the mountain village of Eschach, and founded by Philipps family over 270 years ago, the former farm has been transformed into an open-air cheese shop. With glass windows displaying the cheese making process, visitors can witness firsthand the transformation of raw biodynamic hay milk into these carefully crafted speciality soft cheeses. Guests can also join cheese tastings to learn about the nuances of the different varieties, while enjoying complementary beer and wine.
