Prison Island, also known as Changuu Island, is a popular spot off the coast of Zanzibar where visitors can hang out with giant tortoises and soak up some sun on the sandy beach. Originally built as a prison in the late 19th century, it was never actually used for that purpose and now serves as a tourist attraction. You can also go snorkeling, take a leisurely stroll through the forest, and enjoy the peaceful island vibes. It's a great place to unwind and get away from it all while exploring some cool historical sites.
