🚗 There is a parking lot with free access at the monument itself. The road to here is asphalt.

🇧🇬 On March 3rd, a special ceremony is held here and you won't be able to get to the monument because of the thousands of people who come to honor the Liberation of Bulgaria from Turkish rule.
