It is one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Mallorca. The best times to get there are sunrise and sunset. The road to get there is beautiful but very winding, with many viewpoints to stop at on the way and enjoy the panorama. For a breathtaking view, stop at the Mirador Es Colomer, then go to the lighthouse of Cap Formentor.

Don't miss on the Formentor peninsula:

• The Mirador Es Colomer: a path and a lookout above the sea for a breathtaking view of the islet El Colomer. Incredible, especially at sunrise or sunset!

• La Talaia d'Albercutx: another incredible place and even higher. The tower is 380 meters high, with a 360-degree view of the whole island.

Be careful! To get there between June and the end of September, take the bus (cars are now forbidden in summer and you will be fined 80€ for driving on the road). You can take bus 334 from Alcudia or the Port of Pollença (you can buy a ticket on the bus or directly with your credit card).

The road from the beach to the lighthouse of formentor is currently closed, but it is still possible to go to the Mirador Es Colomer. I recommend it for the sunset, the view is magnificent!

🇫🇷 C’est l’un des plus beaux points de vue de Mallorca. Les meilleurs moments pour s’y rendre sont le lever et le coucher de soleil. La route pour y aller est magnifique mais très sinueuse, avec beaucoup de points de vue pour s’arrêter en chemin et profiter du panorama. Pour une vue à couper le souffle, s'arrêter au Mirador Es Colomer, puis aller jusqu’au phare de Cap Formentor.

À ne pas manquer sur la péninsule de Formentor :

• Le Mirador Es Colomer : un chemin et un belvédère au dessus de la mer pour une vue à couper le souffle sur l’îlot El Colomer. Sublime, surtout au lever ou coucher de soleil !

• La Talaia d’Albercutx : un autre endroit incroyable et encore plus en hauteur. La tour se trouve à 380 mètres de hauteur, avec une vue à 360 degrés sur toute la pointe de l’île.

Attention ! Pour y accéder entre juin et fin septembre, prendre le bus (les voitures sont désormais interdites l’été et vous recevrez une amende de 80€ pour avoir circulé sur la route). Vous pouvez prendre le bus 334 depuis Alcudia ou le Port de Pollença (il est possible d'acheter un billet dans le bus ou directement avec sa carte bleue).

La route de la plage jusqu'au phare de formentor est actuellement fermée, mais il est toujours possible d'aller jusqu'au Mirador Es Colomer. Je vous le conseille pour le coucher de soleil, la vue est magnifique !
