If you’re looking for a spot that’s as cozy as it is beautiful, you’ve got to check out my friend Kendra’s property in Aireys Inlet. Kendra is the best - so lovely and a local legend if you ask me. Honestly, such a beautiful property nestled in Aireys, and it's dog-friendly too, so you can bring your furry mate along!
The property is a short 1km stroll from Sunnymead Beach, perfect for a swim or just soaking up the sun. Plus, all your essentials are just around the corner—a general store, post office, pharmacy, medical centre, and the iconic Aireys Pub for a feed, not to mention some super cute cafes. It’s the ideal balance of bushland and beach, with kangaroos and vibrant birdlife all around. You can even enjoy a campfire here from April to November—nothing like a good yarn under the stars.
And with the Twelve Apostles and the Otway Forest nearby, you’ll have plenty to explore! You’re also just a short 25-minute drive to Torquay, home to the famous Bells Beach and surf shops, and for those looking to explore further, Geelong is just a 45-minute drive, where you can hop on the Spirit of Tasmania for an unforgettable journey.
The setup’s really chilled with a separate driveway to the camping area for that peaceful vibe, and there’s an outdoor toilet and hot shower just a short walk away. A total gem of a place, and I’m sure you’ll love it as much as I do!
