Garðar BA 64 is the oldest steel ship in Iceland and it has been a rusting ruin since 1981. The boat was originally known as Globe IV, and was completed in Norway in 1912 as a whaling vessel. It had a powerful steam engine and reinforced hull to withstand icy Southern seas and was used for fishing herring off of Iceland for decades before becoming unsafe for service.

Now it's just stranded here and people go there to photograph it.
