You can rent a small boat (without a permit) and spend time on Le Canal de l’Ourcq. You can bring your own food & beverages (or also purchase snacks/beers/wine there directly). From 5 to 11 people per boat, it's a really fun experience (I've done it several times!). Reservations are made on their website directly.
