String Lake in Grand Teton National Park offers a picturesque 3.7-mile loop hike with stunning views of Mount St. John, Rockchuck Peak, and the Jackson Hole Valley. Hikers can enjoy a leisurely stroll around the lake, taking in the beauty of the surrounding mountain peaks. Visitors can also kayak or paddle board on the scenic and mellow lake but note that all watercraft needs permits for the national park which you can get at the Moose Visitors Center.
Parking does fill up very quickly at String and Leigh lakes so arrive early.
