Heart & Hands Wine Company is located on the eastern shore of Cayuga Lake in New York. With a focus on small-batch sustainable production, they specialize in crafting cool-climate wines that showcase the Finger Lakes region's unique terroir.

They focus primarily on Pinot Noir and dry Riesling, so if you like dry wine then you'll definitely love this place! It's also a nice change because Finger Lakes wine tends to be on the sweeter side, but we learned that Heart & Hands is actually built on one of the only limestone slabs in the Finger Lakes, making the perfect condition for drier wines like Pinot Noir and Riesling.

You can stop by for a quick tasting at the bar or in their back tasting room up to 1 hour before closing, no appointment needed. There's no food here though, so don't come hungry.

As of spring 2023, Heart & Hands is only open on the weekends, so check current operating hours before you go!
