Brac is proof that vegan food doesn’t have to be boring – honestly, I’m not vegan nor vegetarian but I was so impressed with my meal that I’ll be coming back again and again. They have extensive options and the food they serve is so creative, so flavorful, that you would never guess it’s vegan or vegetarian. It’s also literally located in a library, tucked away in the little corners of Florence so much that tourists passing by it wouldn’t give it a second glance – it doesn’t get any more off-the-beaten path than that.

Kacie's Recommendation: I tried their “Vegan Mix” which included specials of the day, and it was frickin insane. I really don’t think you can go wrong with any of the choices here.
