消息来自 Katarína Lepšíková

The Hunger Wall, also known as Hladová zeď in Czech, is a medieval defensive wall located in the Lesser Town of Prague, Czech Republic. Built between 1360 and 1362 by order of Charles IV, the wall was constructed using marl from quarries on Petřín Hill to strengthen the fortifications of Prague Castle and Malá Strana against potential attacks from the west or south. Legend has it that the wall was built during a famine to provide work for the city's poor, with some stories even claiming that Emperor Charles IV himself lent a hand in its construction to help his people.
