Their class schedule in Canggu runs 7-8AM Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Their trainers are highly experienced and knowledgeable so you can be sure you're getting a quality workout. Each session is different and utilizes bodyweight training, ropes, tires, kettlebells, bamboo weights, and sandbags.
