Moray is an Inca archaeological site in Peru, located about 50 kilometers northwest of Cuzco. It features several terraced circular depressions, with the largest one being around 30 meters deep. The purpose of these structures is still a bit of a mystery, but their design creates temperature differences that help with farming. Unfortunately, heavy rain in 2009-2010 caused damage to the site, but ongoing repair work is trying to restore it to its former glory.
