This restaurant is one of the only upscale restaurants in Budapest that is actually worth it.
I think it’s one of the best sushi in Europe, always fresh and made perfectly. But they’re serving many more options as their menu is huge.
I’ve tried pork belly (don’t judge on the worst health choice), rolls, sushi, main dishes, deserts and everything tastes so good.
I’m a huge fan of rice as I think it’s one of the best carbs out there, of course when eating sushi and when it’s so delicious it’s hard to control the portion size, but mixing it with strait protein as sashimi or a steak will make your meal more healthy. Don’t forget to get edamame as a starter as a source of plant protein.
